培育高职特色文化的思考——以湖北职业技术学院为例

Thinking of Cultivating Characteristic Culture for Higher Vocational Colleges——A Case Study of Hubei Polytechnic Institute

文章通过对高职特色文化的再认识,提出高职特色文化内涵应体现"高等教育性"、"职业技能性"、"校本继承性"、"民族传承性"和"创新创业性";并以湖北职业技术学院"中华孝文化与创新创业精神相融合"的特色文化为例,对高职特色文化的培育进行了反思与探讨。

Based on the recognition of characteristic culture for higher vocational colleges, the author puts for-ward that its connotation should be demonstrated from four aspects： education of colleges and universities, profes-sional skills, school-based inheritance, national heritage, entrepreneurship and innovation. Furthermore, the au-thor takes the integration of Chinese filial piety culture and the spirit of entrepreneurship and innovation in Hubei Polytechnic Institute as an example to introspect and explore the cultivation of characteristic culture for higher voca-tional colleges.
