摘要
改革高职院校二级学院绩效工资分配办法,有利于促进二级学院提高成本意识和竞争意识,增强教职工的主人翁精神和工作的主动性、积极性,激发二级学院的办学活力。为此,应创新决策机制、改革分配制度,扩大二级学院绩效工资管理自主权。
Reforming the distribution of performance-related pay of secondary schools is beneficial to form the cost and competition consciousness, enhance master consciousness, initiative and motivation among the staff, and stimulate the school-running vitality of secondary schools. Therefore, it is necessary to innovate the decision-mak-ing mechanism, reform distribution system, and extend autonomy for the management of performance-related pay reformation in secondary schools to facilitate their development.
