摘要 文章从《专业标准》的角度,构建了高职学前教育人才培养模式,即在"校企合作"办学理念的指导下,突出能力本位,构建"四个模块"课程教学体系,实现"两证"融合,培养"思想素质高、业务素质精、心理素质好、综合素质强"的学前教育应用型人才。 In accordance to Professional Standards, the author proposes the construction of personnel training mode for preschool education in Higher Vocational Colleges. Specifically, the mode is required to highlight the a-bility under the guidance of teaching theory of school-enterprise cooperation, establish curriculum teaching system of "four modules", realize the combinations of"two certificates", and cultivate practical talents with high ideolog-ical quality, professional competent in the specialty, excellent psychological quality, and comprehensive quality.
