当前我国基础教育课程改革方向上的分歧与统一

摘要 当前我国基础教育课程改革存在错综交织而并不完全相同的四大方向:"国际视野"与新课程理念方向、"双基"本土方向、全面发展方向和素质教育方向。四大方向都各有其正确性,也存在不足。就其不足来看,国际视野方向略微偏"右",双基本土方向略微偏"左",全面发展方向偏"空",素质教育方向肤浅泛化。只有把四大方向真正统一起来,才能克服各自的偏缺,而成为全面、正确的课改方向。 There are four directions of current basic education curriculum reform in China which are mixed and intricate: international vision and new curriculum rationale,double-basic and local as well as all-round development and competence-oriented education.Each has its correctness and shortcomings. In term of shortcomings,the first is inclined a little to the Right,the second is inclined slightly to the Left,the third is abstract and empty,and the fourth is shallow and broad. Unifying the four directions into one is the only way to overcome those defects and to form one correct and perfect direction for curriculum reform.
