In the tide of current education reform,education,teachers and students are the focus of people＇s attention. As a special group of college students,normal students will be the educators in the future,and shoulder the important task of cultivating the future talents of the motherland. In order to meet the needs of the times,the normal students must set up lofty ideal of education to promote all-round and harmonious development of the students and themselves,which is related to the reform and development of education in our country as well as the education quality in the future. At present,there are many problems in the education of normal students,it is necessary to pay attention to the education ideal of normal students. Through the discussion of the value orientation and the influence factors of the education ideal,the paper puts forward the cultivation strategy of the normal students＇ education ideal,aiming at firm the confidence of the students in teaching and educating in the future,optimizing the future teaching staff in the elementary education,and putting into a femoral artery force in the process of teacher＇s professional development.
