摘要
通过对43名有情绪困扰的大学新生开展情绪管理小组训练活动,以及对504名大学新生开展情绪管理大课堂训练,探讨如何通过点面结合的方式,提升大学新生情绪管理能力,预防并干预大学新生情绪困扰问题。结果显示:(1)无论是在大学新生中开展情绪管理大课堂训练,还是开展情绪管理小组训练活动,都将有助于提升个体的情绪管理能力;(2)在情绪管理大课堂训练中,理性情绪疗法和肌肉放松训练两种调节方法相比较,理性情绪疗法显著提升了个体的情绪管理能力;(3)在情绪管理小组训练活动中,经过六次系列团体活动,显著提升了个体的理智调控情绪能力。
In order to explore how to improve the emotion management ability of college freshmen both in special and common,43 college freshmen with emotional disturbance took part in small group training,while 504 college freshmen participated in big class training. The results showed that:( 1) the management ability of college freshmen' emotion both in small group training and big class training was improved;( 2) in big class training,comparing rational-emotive therapy with muscle relaxation training,it showed that rational-emotive therapy had evidently improved the emotion management ability of the individual;( 3) in small group training,college freshmen who experienced six series activities had significantly improved the individual's ability to regulate and control the emotion.
