生化检验的影响因素分析

Analysis of influence factors of biochemical test

目的：探讨影响生化检验的因素.方法：对自2012年5月-2013年8月我院行生化检查的300例患者临床资料进行分析,探讨在化验检查前、中、后阶段可能影响生化检验的因素.结果：检验结果中存在偏差、失误的有22例,占到全部患者的7.33%.患者自身因素11例,其中药物因素4例,饮食因素7例;标本因素8例,其中保存、送检因素3例,溶血因素5例;仪器因素3例.结论：影响临床生化检验的因素众多,临床医务工作者应注意每一环节,以期最大限度的保证检验结果的正确性.

Objective：To explore the influence factors of biochemical test .Methods：from 2012 May to 2013 August, clinical data of 300 patients in our hospital for biochemical examination were analyzed , factors in laboratory tests , before, after stage may affect the bio-chemical test.Results：the test result in errors, mistakes had 22 cases, accounted for all of the 7.33%patients.The patient＇s own factors in 11 cases, including 4 cases of drug factors, dietary factors in 7 cases;8 cases including 3 cases of preserved specimens of factors , fac-tors, inspection , 5 cases of hemolytic factors;3 cases of instrument factor .Conclusion： many factors affect the clinical biochemistry , clinical medical workers should pay attention to each link , correctness in order to maximize the assurance of test results .
