Analysis of Development Path of New-Type Urbanization in Hefei City

合肥市为安徽省会经济圈、皖江城市带、沿淮城市群中心,是长三角城市群副中心,正处在新型城镇化建设的关键时期。该研究阐述了合肥市城镇化发展现状和基础,在分析合肥市新型城镇化建设的机遇和挑战基础上,提出了合肥市推动以人为核心的城镇化路径选择:推动以人为本的新型城镇化建设;推动产城一体化发展;推动城乡一体化发展。

Hefei City,the center of the capital Economic Circle of Anhui Province,the Wanjiang City belt,and the Huaihe River urban agglomeration,and the sub-center of urban agglomeration of the Changjiang River Delta,is in a critical period of the construction of new-type urbanization. This research expounds the present situation and foundation of the development of urbanization in Hefei City,and on the basis of analyzing the opportunities and challenges of the new urbanization construction in Hefei City,puts forward a peoplecored path for Hefei＇s urbanization to promote the people-oriented new urbanization construction,the integration of industrial park and city,and the urban-rural integration.
