企业德育资源与高职学生德育工作有机统一的实现

Organic Unity of Moral Education Resources and Moral Education for Higher Vocational Students

高职人才培养的目标主要是服务于企业,企业发展急需大量的具备较强职业素养的高技能人才。做好学生德育教育工作,既是高职的责任,也是企业应承担的义务。企业拥有非常丰富的德育资源,是高职院校做好学生德育工作的重要依据,两者之间相互依存、相互补充,是有机统一的关系。只要采取有效的措施,就能实现两者的有机统一,达到校企合作的高度融洽,发挥企业德育资源价值的最大化。

The target of higher vocational talent training is mainly to serve the enterprises,as development of enterprises needs a lot of professional skilled talents. Therefore,moral education of students is both the responsibility of the higher vocational colleges and the obligation that enterprises shall bear as well. The enterprise has very rich resources of moral education,and is an important basis of the moral education of higher vocational colleges. The relation between the higher vocational college and the enterprise is an organic unification of interdependence and mutual complement. As long as effective measures are taken,the value maximization of the enterprise moral education resources and the the highly college-enterprise cooperation can be realized.
