摘要
四氟乙烯(C2F4)单体悬浮聚合过程中微量三氟甲烷(CHF3)能使反应引发剂产生的自由基发生转移,能存在于聚合物链分子端基,使聚合反应终止或阻滞聚合反应的进行,也能破坏正常聚合体系的稳定性。同时这些被终止或阻滞反应的聚合物链容易被其他正常反应的聚合物链包裹,逐步形成一系列大小不等、不规则的自聚"团"块物,影响C2F4单体聚合反应的稳定性和悬浮树脂产品的质量。
C2F4,which is easily creating hydrogenation,hydrohalogenation,oxidation,per-oxidation reactions,has very active chemical property. During the process of suspension polymerization,if trifluoromethan( CHF3) exists in the C2F4 monomer,it can transfer the radicals of the polymerization initiator or stay in the polymers molecular chain terminal group to end or impede the polymerization. CHF3 can also destroy the stability of the normal polymerization system. Besides,the ended or impeded polymers chain is easily wrapped by the normal reacted polymers chain to form a series of variable sized and irregular self-polymerized "group"and can ultimately affect the stability of C2F4 monomer polymerization and quality of suspension resin( PTFE).
