摘要
在对环氧树脂胶粘剂固化机理研究的基础上,使用双酚A与环氧氯丙烷合成环氧树脂使其能用于铸造领域。利用合成的树脂制作型砂试样,并对几项关键指标进行了性能检测。结果表明,用其所制成的型砂具有较好的强度及适当的可使用时间。
Bisphenol A and epichlorohydrin were used to synthesize epoxy resin which could be applied in casting on the basis of the epoxy adhesive curing mechanism study. Sand samples were produced with the resin, and several key indicators were tested. The results show that the casting sand has good strength and proper working time.
