摘要
针对某型柴油机机体缸孔铸造缺陷,对该型柴油机机体的浇注系统进行了研究分析。并对原铸造工艺进行了优化改进。采用底注开放式大流量浇注系统降低了铁水充型速率(应小于0.5 m/s)。通过模拟充型凝固,确立了新铸造工艺方法,并对后续生产进行跟踪验证。结果表明,该铸造工艺满足技术要求,能为今后浇注系统设计提供参考。
Aiming at casting defects on cylinder holes of a diesel engine body, its gating system was analyzed. The original casting technique was optimized. Molten metal filling rate,which should be less than 0.5 m/s, was reduced by adopting open bottom gating system with large flow. Through the simulation of mold filling and solidification, A new method of foundry technology was established. And track verification of the subsequent production was carried out. The results show that the casting process satisfies technique requirements, which can provide the reference for gating system design in future.
