基于数值模拟方法对球头销零件冷镦坯料的优化 被引量:4

Optimization of Cold Upsetting Blank for Ball Head Pin Parts Based on Numerical Simulation Method

摘要 球头销零件,材料多为普通碳素结构钢。传统的成形方法为机加工,它不但浪费大量的材料而且工件力学性能不理想。采用DEFORM-3D有限元软件对该球头销的成形过程进行了模拟,对不同直径不同长度的坯料进行了冷镦模拟实验,得出了较为合适的坯料尺寸。 For ball head pin parts, the material is ordinary carbon structural steel. The traditional forming method is machining, and it wastes a lot of material and the mechanical performance is not ideal. The forming process of the ball head pin was simulated by using DEFORM-3D finite element software. The cold upsetting simulation experiments with different diameters and different lengths of the blank were done. More appropriate blank sizes were obtained.
