针对实际生产中中频弯管机的问题,对其成形工艺和装置进行了改进。并分析了弯管机在成形过程中的故障现象。实践证明,改进工艺能提高弯管的生产效率及成形工艺水平。

Aiming at the problem of intermediate frequency pipe bender in actual production, the forming process and device were improved. And failure phenomenon of the pipe bender in the forming process was analyzed. Practice proves that the improved technology can enhance the production efficiency and forming process level of the bending pipe.
