摘要 基于Dynaform软件对高强度钢弯曲件冲压成形过程进行了模拟分析,包括分别改变凸模、凹模和压边圈与板料之间的摩擦系数。模拟后得出弯曲件的回弹结果。结果表明,凸模与板料之间的摩擦系数为0.4,凹模和压边圈与板料之间的摩擦系数为0.15时弯曲件的成形质量较好。 The stamping forming processes of high strength steel bending parts were simulated based on Dynaform software ,which includs the change of friction coefficients among the convex die, the concave die and blank holder and a sheet metal. After simulation, the springback results of bending parts were obtained. The results show that when the friction coefficient between the punch and the sheet is 0.4, and the friction coefficient between the die with the blank holder and the sheet is 0.15, the forming qualities of bending parts are better.
