摘要
以某汽车地板下侧加强件为例,针对高强度钢拼焊板的回弹问题和传统检具测量所做回弹补偿的不足,提出了基于逆向工程技术并采用软件进行了回弹补偿。结果表明,传统检具测量与三维扫描测量值二者偏差在6%以内。三维扫描的点云数据可用于对零件回弹补偿计算,并用于加工修模。采用三维扫描所做的回弹补偿比传统检具检测效率和精度更高,并且可减少修模次数。
Taking the floor lower reinforcement for an automobile as an example, aiming at problems of the springback of high strength steel tailor welded blanks (TWBs) and the deficiency of springback compensation with traditional measurement method, the springback compensation by using software based on reverse engineering technology was proposed. The results show that the tolerance between the traditional gauge measurement and 3D scanning measurement is within 6%. The point cloud data of the 3D scanning can be used to calculate springback compensation of the part, and it is used to repair a die. The springback compensation performed by using the 3D scanning is higher efficiency and precision than that by the traditional gauge measurement. Moreover, it can reduce the times for repairing the dies.
