T型接头直线往返摆动焊温度及应力场的数值模拟 被引量:2

摘要 利用有限元软件SYSWELD对企业中广泛使用的直线往返摆动焊接过程进行了数值模拟,研究了T型接头的焊接温度与残余应力的分布规律。数值模拟结果表明,在摆动焊接过程中,沿焊缝方向周期性的出现了二次加热区,此区域的温度峰值高于一次加热区;纵向残余拉应力主要分布在焊缝及热影响区,且焊缝表面的纵向残余拉应力出现了周期性的波动。温度场与应力场的分布规律与直线往返摆动的运丝方式密切相关。 Linear reciprocating swing welding process was widely used in the enterprise. Using finite element software SYSWELD, linear reciprocating swing welding process of T joint was simulated and the temperature field and longitudinal residual stress field were mainly discussed. The numerical simulation results show that the twice heating zones appear periodically along the weld seam during welding process, which results in the peak temperature of twice heating zone higher than that of one heating zone. Longitudinal residual stress mainly appears in the weld and heating affected zone, while the residual stress along the weld seam fluctuates periodically. The distribution of temperature and stress fields is related to the wire-feeding mode of linear reciprocating swing welding.
