摘要
针对反应堆出/入口测温保护装置304NG不锈钢管(准15 mm×4.5 mm)开展了I型坡口管对接电子束焊接试验,通过焊接工艺参数的控制,解决了焊缝气孔、表面塌陷及内凸不均匀等问题,实现了单面焊接双面成型。试件按法国RCC-M规范进行外观尺寸检测、液体渗透检验、X射线检验、金相检验、弯曲试验、拉伸试验及晶间腐蚀试验,未见任何缺陷,各项性能均满足设计和使用要求。
An EBW butt-joint welding experiment for square groove tube of reactor's exit/entrance protective device's 304NG stainless steel tube (φ1 5 min×4.5 mm) was carried out. The challenges of welding porosity, surface subsidence and inner convex uneven were solved by controlling the welding parameters, which achieved the both sides formation by one side welding. Tests including appearance size, liquid penetrant, X-ray, metallographic, bending, tensile and intergranular corrosion are taken to the specimen according to RCC-M specification, while finding no defects ,then ,the specimen's overall performances meet the requirements of design and use.
