Plk1和Rb在皮肤鳞状细胞癌中的表达及意义

摘要 目的检测保罗样激酶1(Plk1)及视网膜母细胞瘤基因蛋白(Rb)在皮肤鳞状细胞癌(CSCC)及正常皮肤组织中的表达情况,探讨两者在CSCC发生发展中的作用,以期为CSCC早期筛查提供重要线索,同时寻求治疗的新靶点。方法采用免疫组化Elivision法检测20例CSCC和20例正常皮肤组织中Plk1和Rb的表达情况。结果在CSCC中Plk1蛋白的阳性表达显著高于正常对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);Rb蛋白的阳性表达显著低于正常对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 Plk1和Rb参与了CSCC的发生发展过程。 Objective To detect the expression of Polo-like kinase 1(Plk1)and retinoblastoma protein(Rb)in cutaneous squamous cell carcinoma(CSCC)and normal skin tissues,and to investigate the role of Plk1 and Rb in the occurrence and development of CSCC,in an attempt to provide clues for early screening of CSCC,and identify new therapeutic targets for CSCC.Methods Immunohistochemical Elivision method was applied to detect the expression of Plk1 and Rb in 20 cases of CSCC tissues and 20 cases of normal skin tissues.Results The expression level of Plk1 in CSCC was significantly higher than that in the normal controls,with statistically significant difference noted between groups(P〈0.01).The level of expression of Rb in CSCC was significantly lower than that in the normal controls,and there was a statistically significant difference(P〈0.05).Conclusion Plk1 and Rb are implicated in the occurrence and development of CSCC.
