新型热双金属片形变一致性测量装置及综合误差分析 被引量:2

New Measuring Device for Deformation Consistency of Thermal Bimetal and Analysis of the Comprehensive Error in a Machine Structure

摘要 针对断路器脱扣机构中热双金属片形变一致性问题,提出一种基于非接触式激光测量方法的装置方案。构造了消除热双金属片安装误差具有标定校准功能的激光多点比对算法。基于空间坐标系转换算法,分析装置机械装置综合误差,分析得出装置测量精度高于国家标准。该测量装置所得测量结果为热双金属片成型、热处理工艺及形变检测提供判定依据。 A new non-contact laser measuring device was designed, which aims to solve the problem of thetmal bimetal consistency in circuit breaker tripping mechanism. An algorithm of laser multi-points was constructed to eliminate the installation error of thermal bimetal. Based on the algorithm of three dimension space method, the comprehensive error of the measuring device was analyzed, and the measuring accuracy is higher than the national standard. The measured result from the device provides reference criteria for the formation and the thermal treatment process and deformation detection of thermal bimetal.
