摘要
为提高电压等级,实现网侧功率因数校正和减少电网侧奇次谐波,探讨了一种新的适用于固态变压器的级联单相PWM整流器。介绍了级联单相PWM整流的工作原理,分析了直流侧2次谐波和电网侧奇次谐波的产生原因,并选用直流电压动态补偿的方法进行谐波优化,借助Matlab仿真工具建立系统模型。仿真试验结果表明,方法能有效减小网侧电流的奇次谐波含量。
Aiming at the rectifier stage of solid state transformer (SST) ,in order to improve the voltage level and realize the grid side power factor correction and to reduce the grid side odd harmonics, this paper discussed a new kind of cascade single-phase PWM rectifier applicable to SST. Firstly it introduced the working principle of the rectifier, then analyzed the causes of the twice harmonic of DC and odd harmonic of power grid, and selecting the DC voltage dynamic compensation method for harmonic optimization. Finally, it established the system model with the simulation tool of Madab. The experimental results show that this method can effectively reduce the grid side current harmonic content.
