摘要
核电站低压开关柜抽屉式回路的功率损耗直接决定了核电站低压电气设备的能耗水平,是电站节能考核的关键指标。根据目前电力行业内低压开关柜功率损耗计算通常采用单台开关柜平均功率损耗与柜子数量的乘积作为估算值,功率损耗数据偏差大的情况,提出了核电站低压开关柜抽屉式回路功率损耗实用计算方法,按照回路电器元器件进行逐一分析,分别对一次主回路和二次辅助回路进行功率损耗计算,减少低压电器的节能评估误差,更加符合核电站工程运行要求。
The power loss of low vohage switchgear is the key parameter of energy saving evaluation for electrical equipment energy consumption level in nuclear power station. General method for the power loss of low voltage switehgear is that average power loss value multiplies the number of the switchgear in electrical power industry, which always results in large power loss data deviation and does not accord with the station operation condition. The practical calculation method for power loss of withdrawable module should be based on the power loss value from the main circuit and the control circuit. The practical calculation method reduces the power loss data deviation and is more in accord with the nuclear power station operation condition.
