数据包络分析法在医院运营效率评价中的应用

Review on Application of Data Envelopment Analysis Method in Evaluating the Efficiency of Hospital Operations

运用文献分析法,探讨数据包络分析法在医院运营效率评价中的研究现状、进展与问题,为相关研究提供思路。数据包络分析法在医院运营效率评价中的应用已较成熟,指标、模型的选取也日渐趋同,但有关决策单元(医院或临床科室)之间可比性的研究较少。本文在文献分析的基础上,对指标、模型的选取提出确定调整因子,增加决策单元的同质性,进一步探讨临床科室之间的运营效率评价的建议,为医院运营管理者提供决策思路。

The literature analysis method was used to study the research status, the progress and problems of Data Envelopment Analysis in evaluating the efficiency of hospital operations and to provide ideas for future research. We conclude that Data Envelopment Analysis method has been widely used in hospitals, and the indicators selection and models choosing are increasingly converging. But it has less mentioned about comparability study of decision making units （ hospital or clinical departments） in literature. On the basis of literature analysis, the paper puts forward proposals for it. To increase the homogeneity of the decision-making unit, we can determine the adjustment factor. We should further explore the efficiency evaluation of clinical departments to provide decision - making ideas for managers in hospital directly.
