我国妇幼保健与计划生育服务资源整合研究

Study on Integration of Service Resources of Maternal and Child Health Care and Family Planning in China

推动妇幼保健机构和计划生育服务机构的资源整合,优化整合后资源有利于加强妇幼保健和计划生育服务工作。本文从机构、人员、财物、职能4个方面对我国各地资源整合经验进行分析,提出加快行政机构整合进度、人员按需安排、科室人员细化分工、建立长效投入机制、开展人员培训等建议,为我国妇幼保健和计划生育服务的资源整合提供借鉴。

It was beneficial to strengthen maternal and child health （MCH） and family planning technical service to promote the integration of MCH institutions and family planning service institutions and optimize the integration of the resource of maternal and child health and family planning service. Integration experience of MCH institutions and family planning service institutions was analyzed on institutions integration, personnel integration, property integration and functions integration in this article. It was proposed to accelerate the integration progress of administrative institutions, arrange personnel on demand, and make refinement and division for the departments and staff, establish long -term effective input mechanism and carry out personnel training to provide reference for the integration of MCH institutions and family planning service.
