恩施州某医院老年消化道恶性肿瘤患者疾病不确定感与睡眠质量的相关性研究

Study on Correlation between Uncertainty in Illness and Sleeping Quality in Elderly Patients with Gastrointestinal Tumors in a Hospital,Enshi

目的:探讨老年消化道恶性肿瘤患者疾病不确定感与睡眠质量的相关性。方法:采用描述性研究,疾病不确定感量表(Mishel’s Uncertainty in Illness Scale,MUIS-A)和匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表(Pittsburgh sleep quality index,PSQI)调查158例老年消化道恶性肿瘤患者的疾病不确定感水平和睡眠质量状况,分析两者之间的相关性。结果:158例消化道恶性肿瘤患者疾病不确定感水平中,52例处于低水平,平均得分为(56.67±7.31)分;77例患者处于中等水平,平均得分为(91.49±13.80)分,29例患者处于高水平,平均得分为(124.17±4.45)分(P<0.05)。60人(37.97%)表现好的睡眠质量,PSQI得分(5.61±1.24)分;98人(62.03%)睡眠质量差,PSQI得分(10.77±2.79)分,疾病不确定感与睡眠质量呈正相关(P<0.01)。结论:老年消化道恶性肿瘤患者中存在中等水平的疾病不确定感,且与睡眠质量呈现正相关性,医护人员应综合管理患者的疾病不确定感与睡眠质量,从而提高患者的生活质量。

Objective：To research the correlation between uncertainty in illness and sleeping quality in elderly patients with gastrointestinal tumors. Methods： Descriptive study, Mishel＇s Uncertainty in Illness Scale and Pittsburgh sleep quality index Scale were used to investigate 158 eases of elderly patients with gastrointestinal tumors. Results： 52 eases of the total patients were at a lower level of uncertainty in illness with （ 56.67 ＋ 7.31 ） points. While, the average score of 77 patients in the medium level was （91.49 ＋ 13.80） points, and 29 patients at a high level received （ 124.17 ＋ 4.45 ） points （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Only 37.97% among the elderly patients had good sleep quality and PSQI score was （5.61 ＋ 1.24）. The rest patients suffered from the poor quality of sleep and PSQI score was （10.77 ＋ 2.79）. The disease uncertainty and sleep quality were positively correlated （ P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusion ：The elderly patients with gastrointestinal tumors had a medium level of uncertainty in illness. The uncertainty in illness had a positive correlation with sleep quality. We should take integrated management of uncertainty in illness and sleep quality, so as to improve the quality of life of the patients.
