摘要
目的:研究两种动脉狭窄模型下血管血流动力学参数,为临床评估动脉狭窄恶化程度提供参考.方法:根据动脉狭窄影像学的特点用计算机辅助设计技术(CAD)建立两种不同狭窄模型,采用计算流体力学(CFD)方法,在周期性脉动速度入流,刚性壁面及血液为牛顿流体的条件下,对一个心动周期内狭窄部位的流场进行数值模拟分析研究.结果和结论:动脉狭窄处近心端血流速度变大,剪切力变大,容易使狭窄处出现血栓,远心端血流速度降低,剪切力降低更容易加速狭窄的发展.
Aim:Research the vein hemodynamic parameters in the two artery stenosis models so as to provide references for the arterial stenosis deterioration degree in clinical evaluation.Methods:Apply Computer Aided Design(CAD)technology to establish two kinds of different stenosis models according to the features of arterial stenosis images,then utilize the method of Computational Fluid Dynamic (CFD)to conduct numerical simulation analysis research on the flow field of stenosis position within a cardiac cycle under the condition of periodic fluctuating velocity flowing into、rigid wall and blood being Newton fluid. Results and Conclusion:The blood flow velocity in artery stenosis position at proximal part of heart in-creases and the shear force enlarges,which is easy to make the stenosis position generate thrombosis;when the blood flow velocity at distal part of heart and the shear force reduces,which is easier to acceler-ate the development of stenosis.
