摘要
运用元分析法、非参与式观察法、事件访谈法和问卷调查法,探究了中小学校长变革型领导行为效能的评价模型.通过小范围测试和大样本调查,分析结果表明:中小学校长变革型领导行为效能的指标主要包括学校目标达成、学校组织氛围、教师组织承诺和学生学习满意度4个因子,且4个因子的累计方差贡献率为61.307%;对评价模型的信度、效度以及验证性因子分析表明,中小学校长变革型领导行为效能的评价模型具有良好的测量学性能.
Leadership Effectiveness is a comprehensive evaluation of leader behavior scale.Element analysis using non-participant observation,narrative interviews and questionnaires,explore transformational leadership school evaluation model of leadership effectiveness.Measured by small-scale and large-sample survey test results showed that:index evaluation Transformational Leadership School Leadership Effectiveness includes school goals to reach,the school organizational climate,organizational commitment of teachers and students learning satisfaction four factors,and a total of four factors variance contribution rate of61.307%;reliability evaluation model,validity and confirmatory factor analysis showed that transformational leadership evaluation model for school leadership effectiveness have good measurement properties.
