《四库全书总目提要》别集类目选录唐代涉闽作家6人,作品6部。考察这6位涉闽作家及其作品,有以下文化发现:皆生活在唐代中晚期,与闽地文化发展轨迹相一致;都是进士,反映了科举文化的重要影响;闽籍作家籍贯均处东南沿海地区,反映了唐代闽地文化重心的迁移;另外,对这6位作家作品的评价,体现了清代主流的文化价值取向。这6位作家与作品,文学成就达到了相当的高度,对当时福建地域文化产生了举足轻重的影响。

The individual works category of Siku Quanshu Zongmu Tiyao selects 6 Fujian writers with 6 works in the Tang Dynasty. After investigating these 6 Fujian writers and their works, some cultural results are found as follows ： they all lived in the middle and late Tang Dynasty, which was consistent with the track of Fujian＇ s cultural development then; they were all Jinshi, which reflects the important impact of imperial examinations; their birthplaces were all southeastern coastal areas, which reflects the shift of Fujian cultural center in the Tang Dynasty ; additionally, the evaluation of these 6 writers＇ works reflects the main- stream of the cultural orientation in the Qing Dynasty. The literary achievement of these 6 writers＇ works reached a considerable height which had a great impact on regional culture in Fujian at that time.
