营养因子对药用植物愈伤组织中次生代谢产物积累的影响

植物次生代谢产物是由植物通过次生代谢产生的一类细胞生命活动或生长发育正常运行的非必需化合物。自然界许多药用植物的有效成分都是植物次生代谢的产物。随着药用植物市场需求的增大,野生植物资源逐年减少,利用愈伤组织获得次生代谢产物是目前解决供不应求最为行之有效的方法。通过查阅近几年的国内外文献,综述了营养因子对药用植物愈伤组织中次生代谢产物积累的影响,以期为进一步研究提供参考。

Plant secondary metabolites are non-essential compounds with the function of cell life activities and normal operation of growth and development, which are produced by secondary metabolism. The effective components of medicinal plant are usually the plant secondary metabolites. With the increase of medicinal plant market demand, wild plant reduced year by year, getting secondary metabolites from callus is the most effective way to solve the short supply situation. In this paper, through consulting the literatures at home and abroad in recent years, the nutritional factors on accumulation of secondary metabolites in medicinal plant callus are reviewed to provide a basis for further study and development.
