摘要
交叉口公交信号优先是提高公交运行可靠性的重要措施.针对现有研究较少涉及评估其方案优劣的缺陷,本文提出一种交叉口公交信号优先的复合物元评价模型.首先,建立交叉口公交优先的评价指标体系,确定每个指标为成本型、效益型、固定型和区间型.其次,构建交叉口公交信号优先的复合物元评价矩阵,对其数据标准化处理后,利用信息熵理论,刻画测度指标的不确定性,计算复合物元权重系数,在此基础上确定每个方案综合测度的复合关联熵物元,从而评估其优劣.最后,以某交叉口公交信号优先管理为例,验证了模型和算法的有效性.
This paper proposed a composite element evaluation model for selecting intersection ' bus signal priority plans. First,an evaluation index system for bus signal priority was developed to determine the type of each index,including cost,benefit,fixed type and interval. Secondly,an evaluation matrix of composite element for bus signal priority was proposed using information entropy theory to describe uncertainty of portray indices in order to calculate the composite element weighting coefficients determined. Then,the values of the composite relational entropy element for all plans were estimated,and the best one was identified. Finally,an empirical study for intersection 'bus signal priority was conducted to verify the validity of the model and algorithm.
