小续命汤治疗风痰瘀阻型急性缺血性中风的临床研究

Clinical Observation on Xiaoxuming Decoction in the Treatment of Acute Ischemic Stroke with Wind-Phlegm Obstruction Syndrome

目的评价小续命汤对风痰瘀阻型急性缺血性中风患者的有效性和安全性,为缺血性中风的中医治疗提供临床依据。方法将符合入组标准的90例急性缺血性中风患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组,两组均按照《中国急性缺血性脑卒中诊治指南2010》治疗,治疗组在上述治疗的基础上加用小续命汤。采用美国国立卫生院卒中量表(NIHSS)、中医证候积分量表进行评价,并对安全性指标进行检测。结果治疗后两组NIHSS评分均有降低趋势,治疗组评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05),两组中医证候积分均有改善,但治疗组优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论小续命汤能有效改善风痰瘀阻型急性缺血性中风患者的神经功能缺损,对中医证候的缓解亦有疗效。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of the Xiaoxuming decoction （XXMD）in the treatment of acute ische-mic stroke with wind phlegm obstruction syndrome.Methods Ninety patients with acute ischemic stroke and wind phlegm ob-struction syndrome were randomly divided into two groups：The control group treated with routine treatment in accordance with the Guide to diagnosis and treatment of acute ischemic stroke in China 2010,and treatment group treated with routine treatment plus XXMD for 1 week.The scores of National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale（NIHSS）,Chinese Medicine Symptoms Scales and security indicators were observed.Results After treatment,the scores of NIHSS in two groups showed an descending trend.But the NIHSS scores in treatment group was lower than that in control group（P〈0.05）.The scores of Chinese Medicine Symptoms Scales in two groups were improved.The effect in treatment group was better than in control group（P〈0.01）.Conclusion XXMD can can im-prove the patient＆#39;s neurologic and Chinese medicine symptoms in patients with acute ischemic stroke and wind phlegm obstruction syndrome.
