人力资本积累、金融发展与FDI——基于我国东部地区省级面板数据的实证研究

Human Capital Accumulation,Financial Development and FDI:An Empirical Analysis Based on Provincial Panel Datas of China's Eastern Region

文章基于人力资本积累与金融市场化的视角,利用我国东部地区11个省(直辖市)1999-2013年的省级面板数据,实证检验了人力资本积累、金融发展对FDI的作用。研究结果表明,在控制其他影响FDI的因素后,人力资本积累与金融发展都有利于吸引FDI,且人力资本积累水平对FDI的吸引作用更为明显。这意味着提升人力资本积累水平、推动金融市场化发展对吸引FDI和维持中国长期经济增长具有重要意义。

From the perspective of human capital accumulation and financial development ,using panel datas of 11 provinces （municipalities） of China’s Eastern Region from 1999 to 2013 ,the paper studies empirically the effect of human capital accumulation and financial development on FDI .The result shows that human capital accumulation and financial development can both attract FDI ,and the effect of human capital accu‐mulation is more obvious after controlling the other relevant variables .It means that raising the level of China’s human capital accumulation and promoting the development of financial marketization are of great significance for attracting FDI and maintaining the long -term economic growth .
