电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定中药中重金属含量

Detection of Heavy Metals in Chinese Herbal Medicine by Inductively Coupled Plasma Mass

建立了微波消解前处理技术和电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定中药中重金属含量的方法,并对市售的中药当归和黄芪中重金属元素的含量进行分析.结果表明：两种样品的加标回收率在96.1%~103.2%之间,各元素的检出限低、精密度高、准确度好,所测得的两种中药中重金属含量均在标准范围内.

A new method for determination of heavy metals in Chinese herbal medicine which digested on microwave and determined by inductively coupled plasma mass was proposed. And the contents of heavy metals in two Chinese herbal medicines were analyzed by proposed method. The results showed that the spiked recoveries of two samples were in the range of 96. 1%-103. 2%,the limit of detection of every element was low,precision was high and accuracy was good. The measured contents of heavy metals in two kinds of Chinese herbal medicine were both in the range of standards.
