摘要
植物瞬时表达系统具有安全、快速、经济和高效的特点,已经成为近些年来国内外的研究热点之一.本研究利用来源于烟草花叶病毒TMV的载体30B成功构建了植物瞬时表达载体p35S-30B-Netrin-1,并在烟草中成功地表达了神经轴突细胞导向生长因子-1(Netrin-1).利用报告基因进一步对植物瞬时表达体系进行了优化研究,确定了利用烟草瞬时表达外源蛋白Netrin-1的最适条件,为将来在植物中进行外源蛋白的瞬时表达和快速生产奠定了实验基础.
The transient expression system as plant bioreactor has the special advantages including safety,quickness,economical,effecess,and has been extensive researched recently. We have constructed an successfully transient expression vector p35S-30B-Netrin-1 by using TMV-based 30 B vector,and expressed foreign protein Netrin-1. Here,the transient expression system has been optimized and provided study base for expression and production of the foreign proteins in plants by means of transient expression system.
