福建省海岸带可持续发展初探

Preliminary Study on the Sustainable Development of the Coastal Zone in Fujian Province

可持续发展是当今世界的主题,资源和环境是可持续发展的基础.海岸带在海洋经济区中占据特殊位置,具有丰富自然资源,同时也是各种灾害频发区和生态环境脆弱区,因此,实现海岸带的可持续发展是福建省走向海洋强省的必然途径.本文通过分析福建省海岸带的特点及其开发利用现状和存在问题,提出其实现可持续发展的对策.

Sustainable development is a topic of the world today, the resources and environment are the foundations of the sustainable development. The coast zone which is not only abundant in natural resources often filled with all kinds of disaster and is also an ecosystem environment weak region that takes a special position in the ocean economic region. Therefore,it is a necessary way for Fujian province to become a strong ocean province by carrying out the sustainable development of the coast zone. This paper analyzed the characteristic of the Fujian province coast zone,the present using condition and the existence problems,and then gave the strategies to carry out the sustainable development
