京郊休闲农业园发展提升研究（英文）

Research on Development of Leisure Agriculture in Beijing Suburb

北京拥有广大的客源市场,农业政策的导向也大力支持休闲农业的发展,所以郊区的休闲农业发展有广阔的空间。为了促进大兴区休闲农业园转型升级,找出发展的思路和对策,笔者采用问卷调查的方法,对大兴区的休闲农业园进行了深度调研,分别从休闲农业园的经营现状和从业人员两方面进行了数据分析。结果显示,大兴区的休闲农业园发展在软件和硬件上都还存在着一些问题,针对这些问题和未来的发展趋势提出了环境升级、产品升级、品牌升级、行业结构升级、规模升级、组织升级和人才升级七大升级工程,以提升大兴区休闲农业的社会品牌和经济收益。

Leisure agriculture in Beijing suburb enjoys a promising prospect with wide customer sources and policy supports. The research performed analysis on man- agement status and employees of leisure agriculture-oriented industrial parks in Daxing District by questionnaire survey in order to seek development strategies and promote transformation and updating of leisure agriculture in Daxing District. The re- sults showed that there are some problems in leisure agricultural parks in terms of software or hardware and some suggestions are proposed, including environment updating, product updating, brand updating, industry structure updating, scale updat- ing, organization updating, and talent updating, in order to promote social brand and improve economic profits of leisure agriculture in Daxing District.
