浅谈高职院校旅游专业校外实践教学管理平台的设计

Research on Extra-School Practice Teaching Management Platform for Tourism Studies in Higher Vocational College: Problems and Solutions

大学生校外实践教学岗位的多样性、分散性、跨区域性等特点,使我国高职院校旅游专业学生在实习管理过程中出现诸多困难和问题。为了有效提高校外实践教学中实践教学管理水平,本文通过对现阶段高等院校旅游类专业学生校外实践教学管理平台设计中存在的,如实习企业板块缺失、缺乏有效交流平台、缺乏互评体系以及缺少与就业相结合等问题的分析,对已有的校外实践教学管理平台进行升级优化,提出新的校外实践教学管理平台构建方案,以帮助高校和企业提高实践教学效率,调整和完善实习管理模式,推动校外实践教学的管理创新。

Higher vocational students of Tourism Studies would encounter many difficulties in their extra-school practice, to name a few, some enterprises are hesitant to take them in; no efficient communication interface is available; inter-evaluation mechanism is in short; and the practice is hardly job-oriented, owing to the fact that it is usually conducted in places other than the school itself. To address these problems, the paper proposes an alternative extra-school practice teaching management platform, which aims to help both parties, colleges and enterprises collaborate better to innovate a more effective system and improve the teaching effect.
