在经皮冠状动脉介入治疗中水化联合他汀类药物对造影剂肾病的影响 被引量:4

摘要 目的:探讨口服他汀类药物联合水化治疗在经皮冠状动脉介入治疗(PCI)中对造影剂肾病(CIN)的预防作用。方法收集2013年8月~2014年4月行 PCI 治疗,并且选用非离子低渗造影剂及阿托伐他汀钙片的患者100例临床资料,按照治疗方法的不同随机分为阿托伐他汀组和阿托伐他汀联合水化治疗组,入选病例入院后完善血清肌酐(Scr)、血清尿素氮(BUN)及内生肌酐清除率(Ccr),术后24 h 及72 h 常规复查,对比两组患者血清肌酐、血清尿素氮、内生肌酐清除率变化情况,以及 CIN 发生率。结果 PCI 术后24 h 与 PCI 术前相比,阿托伐他汀联合水化治疗组Ccr 的下降值较阿托伐他汀组小,BUN、Scr 的增加值虽然较阿托伐他汀组小,但差异均无统计学意义(P >0.05);PCI 术后72 h 与术前相比,阿托伐他汀联合水化治疗组 BUN、Scr 的增加值及 Ccr 的下降值明显低于阿托伐他汀组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论他汀类药物联合水化治疗在 PCI 治疗中能明显降低 CIN 发生率,并能预防血清肌酐及血清尿素氮升高。
