网站建设视域下科技期刊数字化途径探析——基于对浙江省科技期刊网站建设的调查与分析

Exploration on Approach to Digitization for Scientific Periodical In View of Website Construction——Based on Investigation and Analysis on Website Construction of Scientific Periodicals of Zhejiang Province

为探索科技期刊数字化发展的途径,以浙江省科技期刊学会所属116种科技期刊为调查对象,通过搜索引擎在线调查期刊自建网站的建设情况,统计分析网站的基本要素、远程服务与扩展功能等,并将调查数据与国内部分科技期刊群体作比较,以了解其在国内科技期刊群体中的相对排位。调查结果表明:浙江省科技期刊网站建设水平总体落后,有待大幅提升。对此,提出将网站建设为数字化发展切入点,以增强服务功能为网站建设着力点,在技术与出版的融合中促进网站可持续发展,培养网站建设复合型编辑人才的应对策略,以期通过网站数字化途径扩大科技期刊传播效度和学术影响力。

In order to explore the developmental shortcut for digitization of scientific periodical, we investigated and analyzed 116 kinds of scientific periodicals belong to Association of Zhejiang Scientific Periodical, including the basic element, remote service, and extended function of website of periodicals by search engine, and compared the investigative datum with some periodical groups of China to know the ranking of Zhejiang Province. The investigative results showed that the website construction of Zhejiang scientific periodicals fall far behind in the mass. To improve the current situation, we put forward some suggestions, such as attaching importance to website construction, enhancing the service function, advancing the combination of technology and publication, and accelerating the cultivation of compound type editors.
