贯彻落实十八大提出的海洋强国战略,关键靠教育,归根结底在人才。涉海院校是海洋人才的聚集地,更是培养海洋人才的重要阵地,在发展海洋经济,建设海洋强国中发挥着重要作用。然而,随着市场介入大学的步伐加快,特别是大学市场化趋势愈演愈烈,导致海洋人才培养出现许多问题,严重影响了海洋强国梦的实现。克服问题的根本在于回归大学理念,加强审美教育,培养人格完美、身心和谐、全面发展的海洋人才。

Education is the key to the successful implementation of the strategy of constructing a powerful marine nation put forward at 18th CPC National Congress. In other words, talent is the ultimate focus. Ocean-related colleges are important locations where marine talents gather and get trained. These colleges play an important role in developing marine economy and constructing a powerful marine nation. However, with the interference of market in college, especially with the tendency to marketization of colleges, many problems arise, which holds back the realization of the dream of constructing a powerful marine nation. The key to the problems is returning to the idea of university, strengthening the aesthetic education, and cultivating marine talents with perfect personality, physical and mental harmony, and integrated development.
