摘要
随着老城核心区存量土地的更新改造成为现阶段城市用地开发热点,亟须研究不同发展模式呈现的交通特征以及对城市交通系统的影响。首先总结城市核心区更新的发展趋势,指出城市更新改造往往打破原有老城社会结构、交通模式,对交通特征、出行空间分布产生影响。以深圳市罗湖核心区与福田核心区为例,量化分析不同发展模式对交通特征的差异化影响规律。进而提出城市核心区更新改造的用地发展模式以及交通发展策略,强调传承邻里关系,构筑公交化、枢纽化、立体化的城市交通系统,并在深圳大剧院-蔡屋围核心区更新规划中进行应用。
As the focus of urban land use development shifting to the redevelopment of existing city core area, it is necessary to study transportation characteristics under different land use development and their impact on urban transportation system. By summarizing the trend of urban core area renewal, this paper points out that urban renewal and reconstruction often disrupt the original social structure and travel patterns, which has impacts on travel characteristics and spatial distribution of trips. Taking Luohu and Futian core areas in Shenzhen as examples, the paper discusses the impact of different development patterns on transportation characteristics. The paper also proposes land use and transportation development strategies for urban core area renewal, which stresses original neighborhood relations and the development of public transit, intermodal terminals and pedestrian service in urban transportation system. Finally, the paper presents the practice of urban renewal planning in Shenzhen Grand Theater-Caiwuwei Core Area.
