Methods of operation envelope extension for single screw refrigeration compressor

为了扩展单螺杆式制冷压缩机的应用领域,需要拓展单螺杆式制冷压缩机的运行范围以适应机组的不同使用环境。本文从单螺杆式制冷压缩机的结构原理、电机的特性以及制冷剂的特性入手,分析影响单螺杆式制冷压缩机运行范围的因素,从理论上探讨拓展其运行范围的方法,并通过试验验证方法的可行性。

In order to expand the application fields of single screw refrigeration compressor,it is required to extend single screw refrigeration compressor operation envelope to adapt to various operation environment.The influencing factors on operation envelope of single screw refrigeration compressor are studied based on compressor construct,motor characteristics and refrigerant characteristics.The methods of operation envelope extension are discussed theoretically and the feasibility of these methods is verified through experiments.
