摘要 对比ISO16890:2014与EN779:2012及GB/T14295—2008中的3种效率分级方法,介绍一般通风用过滤器PM效率的测定方法,并据此测试计算6只不同级别的过滤器及7个过滤器组合分别对DEHS气溶胶与大气尘的PM2.5效率。结果表明,脱离气溶胶粒径分布的PM2.5效率在应用上具有局限性,组合过滤器的PM2.5效率具有一定裕量。根据试验结果推荐使用DEHS气溶胶作为参考气溶胶,采用计数方法测算过滤器的PM2.5效率。 Three kinds of efficiency classification method based on ISO16890:2014,EN779:2012 and GB/T14295-2008 are compared.Determination methods of particulate matter efficiency of air filter for general ventilation are introduced.PM2.5 efficiencies to polydispersed DEHS aerosol and ambient air dust are tested and calculated for six different air filters and seven kinds of filter-groups.The results show that PM2.5 efficiency without description of particle size distribution is not adequate in application,and filter-group has higher PM2.5 efficiency than predicted.Based on the experimental results,the poly-dispersed DEHS aerosol and particle counting method are recommended when determining PM2.5 efficiency of air filters for general ventilation.
