论社会工作核心能力的培育:基于实习与督导的反思

Discussion about Social Work Core Competence's Training: Reflection on Practice and Supervision

社会工作专业的能力体系建构及其培育,一直是我国社会工作发展需要面临的重要议题之一。为探索社会工作专业能力体系的建构和培育,本研究通过社会工作专业实习与督导的师生互动,综合分析当前社会工作能力建设的现状,提出了社会工作核心能力由专业能力和职业能力组成;从教师和学生两个主体提出了培育途径,指出教师应加强"专才"教育以提升学生专业能力,学生应加强"通才"锻炼以提升自身工作能力。

Social work in Chinese occupation of the speed, the social work talents put forward new requirements, therefore, to strengthen the social workers to cultivate core competence becomes more and more important to meet the demand of development of social work occupation. The research on the core competence of social work was summarized and evaluated, combined with the author's internship experience, from the perspective of interns, puts forward the core competence is composed of professional social work ability and work ability, and puts forward the way to cultivate the teachers and students from two main body, points out that teachers should strengthen the education of'professionals'in order to improve the students' professional ability, students should strengthen'generalists'exercise to improve their ability to work.
