免烧微孔陶瓷渗灌灌水器制备与性能研究 被引量:4

摘要 旨在确定免烧微孔陶瓷的配比,开发出一种价格低廉的免烧微孔陶瓷灌水器。通过改变硅藻土的含量,分析了免烧微孔陶瓷开口孔隙率和灌水器水力特性的变化规律,筛选出兼备良好出流能力和耐久性的灌水器。最后测试了灌水器在土壤中的渗流特性,灌水器在土壤中渗流流量随时间逐步减小,最终趋于稳定。结果表明:硅藻土的添加能有效改善灌水器的出流能力,其中硅藻土含量为5%的微孔陶瓷灌水器兼有优良的出流能力和耐久性,是一种适合应用于渗灌灌水器的新型材料。 The article is aiming at the determination of the proportion of porous ceramics to provide a kind of baking-free porous ceramic emitter with moderate manufacturing costs.Through changing the ratio of kieselguhr,the changing regulations of open porosity and hydraulic performance of the emitters are analyzed in order to select the emitter with both excellent flow capacity and durability.Finally,an experiment is designed to test the infiltration ability of emitters buried in soil.The result shows that the infiltration rate gradually decreases and becomes steady at last.This indicates that the addition of kieselguhr effectively ameliorates the flow capacity of the emitter;the porous ceramic emitter with 5% kieselguhr is verified to have the best flow capacity and durability,and it's a new kind of appropriate material for producing subsurface irrigation emitters.
