三碘甲状腺原氨酸注射对鸭早期生长发育影响的研究

摘要 为研究甲状腺激素对鸭早期生长发育的影响,试验通过在鸭种蛋蛋清中分别注射100μL含0(对照组)、0.25μg三碘甲状腺原氨酸(T3组)的生理盐水,检测鸭胚胎期至出雏后14日龄时,体重、体长、不同组织器官重的变化规律。结果显示,25日胚龄,T3组脑重显著高于对照组(P<0.05);27日胚龄,T3组的各组织器官重均出现升高趋势,其中体重、胸肌重显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。通过生长分析首次发现T3减缓胚胎发育后期胸肌的负生长现象。出雏后7日龄,体长、脑重和肝脏重在T3组显著高于对照组(P<0.05),14日龄,各组织器官重均出现下降趋势,其中,T3组体重、体长和腿肌重显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究表明种蛋内注射T3可以促进鸭胚生长发育,抑制雏鸭生长;T3对鸭组织器官重的影响具有时间依赖性。 To investigate the effect of thyroid hormones (THs)on the early growth and development of ducks,saline solution (100μL) contained 0 (control group) or 0,25 μg triiodothyronine (T3 group) was injected into egg white of breeding eggs, and change rules of body weight, body length and tissue weight were determined from embryonic period to 14 days of age. The results showed that the brain weight in T3 group were higher than that in control group on the 25th embryonic day (P〈0.05). The body weight and breast muscle weight in T3 group were significantly higher than that in control group (P〈0.05)on the 27th embryonic day; and firstly discovered T3 delayed the negative growth of breast muscle in late embryonic development. At the age of 7 days, the brain weight,liver weight, and heart weight of T3 group were higher than the control group (P〈0.05);at 14 days of age, body weight, body length and breast muscle weight in T3 group were significantly lower than that in the control group (P〈0.05). In ovo injecting T3 could promote growth and development of duck embryos, but would inhibit growth and development of tissues and organs in ducklings. It seemed that in ovo injecting T3 would alter growth and tissue development of ducks in a time-dependent manner.
