抗菌肽和姜黄素对肉仔鸡生长性能、抗氧化功能及肠道微生物的影响 被引量:26

Effects of Antimicrobial Peptide and Curcumin on Growth Performance,Antioxidant Performance and Intestinal Microflora of Broilers

摘要 试验旨在研究饲粮中添加抗菌肽和姜黄素对肉仔鸡生长性能、抗氧化功能及肠道微生物的影响。选用1日龄AA肉仔鸡360只,随机分为5组(每组6个重复,每个重复12只鸡)。对照组喂基础饲粮,试验组分别添加35 mg/kg抗生素、200 mg/kg抗菌肽、200 mg/kg姜黄素和200 mg/kg抗菌肽+200 mg/kg姜黄素,试验期42 d。结果表明:1姜黄素和抗菌肽均能显著降低料重比(P<0.05),提高肉仔鸡的平均日增重和42日龄体重(P<0.05)。2姜黄素和抗菌肽均能极显著降低肉仔鸡血清中丙二醛含量(P<0.01),提高总超氧化物歧化酶和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶的活性(P<0.01)。3抗菌肽和姜黄素显著降低肉鸡盲肠中大肠杆菌和沙门菌含量(P<0.05);极显著提高乳酸杆菌和双歧杆菌含量(P<0.01)。由此可见,饲粮中添加姜黄素和抗菌肽可以替代抗生素,显著提高肉仔鸡生长性能和抗氧化功能,显著增加盲肠内乳酸杆菌和双歧杆菌数量,降低大肠杆菌和沙门菌数量。 This experiment was conducted to determine the effects and the interactions of antimicrobial peptide and curcumin on growth performance, antioxidant performance and intestinal microflora of broilers. Three hundred and sixty male AA broilers at one day age were randomly divided into 5 treatments with 6 replications,12 broilers in each replicate. The broilers of the control group were fed a basal corn-soybean meal diet.The broilers of the trial groups were fed the basal diet supplemented with 35 mg/kg virginiamycin premix, 200 mg/kg antimicrobial peptide, 200 mg/kg curcumin and 200 mg/kg curcumin+200 mg/kg antimicrobial peptide. Feed and water were provided ad libitum for 42 days. The results showed as follows:(1)Curcumin and antimicrobial peptide could significantly elevate the average daily gain and body weight at 42 days of age (P〈0.05),reduce the feed/gain ratio of broilers (P〈0.05),the average daily gain in eureumin+antimicrobial peptide group was signifieantly higher than those in the other groups (P〈0.01). (~)Curcumin and antimicrobial peptide could significantly reduce the content of malondialdehyde in serum of broilers (P〈0.01), and elevate the activity of total superoxide dismutase and glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px)in serum;the activity of GSH-Px in serum of cureumin+antimierobial peptide group was signifieantly higher than that in the other groups (P〈0.01). (~)Cureumin and antimicrobial peptide number significantly reduce the eounts of Escheriehia coli and Salmonella in eaecum(P〈0.05),and signifieantly elevate the amount of Lactobacillus and Bifidobacteria in caecum (P〈0.01). The number of Lactobacillus in eaeeum of eureumin+antimierobial peptide group was signifieantly higher than that in the other groups (P〈0.05). It was concluded that the addition of eureumin and antimicrobial peptide in the diet could improve growth performance and antioxidant function of broilers,reduce the amount of Escherichia coli and Salmonella in eaeeum, signifieantly elevated the number of Lactobacillus and Bifidobacteria in eaeeum, and the effect of combined application was better than separate addition.
