村民自治制度的实践困境与完善路径——广东省阳春市南村的经验观察

On Practice Predicament and Improvement Path of Villagers' Autonomy System——Experience Observation of Nan Village,Yangchun City,Guangdong Province

随着村民自治的发展,我国农村在村民民主监督、民主选举、民主决策、民主管理过程中遭遇了诸多困境,如何解决这些发展困境以促进村民自治有序开展成为理论工作者和实际工作者关注的重要议题。文章以广东省阳春市合水镇南村村民自治实践中的"民主选举"和"民主监督"为研究案例,探讨村民自治实践过程中的发展困境,并对这些存在问题的成因进行分析,最终归纳并提出了相应的对策与建议,为我国能更好更快地建设社会主义美丽乡村做出应有的贡献。

With the development of villagers＇ autonomy,the villagers＇ democratic supervision,democratic election,democratic decision-making and democratic management in the country of China has faced many difficulties in the process.It is an important issue for the theorists and practitioners on how to deal with the development dilemma in order to promote the work of the villagers＇ autonomy.The paper,taking the villagers＇ autonomy of Nan Village as a study case,explored the development dilemma in the process of the villagers＇ autonomy,analyzed the causes of these problems and finally summarized and put forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions and hope to do some contribution for the better and faster construction of the beautiful socialist countryside.
