改革开放初期中国共产党法制观评述

Comments on the CPC's Concept of Law in Early Period of the Reform and Opening-up

实行改革开放后,中国共产党深刻总结"文化大革命"的经验教训,适应改革开放的新形势,转变思维,在法制的认识上发生了许多新变化,认识到搞法制靠得住、法制建设应紧紧围绕经济建设进行、提出了"两手抓"战略,确立了基本的法制理念,形成了独特法制策略。同时,受时代条件限制,当时的法制观也存在着过渡性和不平衡性的局限。

Since the reform and opening-up, the CPC has drawn lessons from ＂ cultural revolution＂, changed a lot in the concept of law, realized the importance of law and established the basic ideas of law system and formed unique law strategies. Meanwhile, limited by the conditions of that period, the concept of law in that period was transitional and unbalanced.
