摘要
采用观察法、访谈法以及实物分析法,本研究对幼儿园课程实施中教师课程调整现状进行了调查和分析,结果表明在当前幼儿园课程实施的计划与设计环节、组织与实施环节以及反思与评价环节中,教师课程调整都存在着比较突出的问题,与教师的专业知识基础薄弱、缺乏丰富的教育教学经验、课程编制能力较低、职业倦怠较高等有关。为此,应通过多种途径提升幼儿园教师的课程调整能力,赋予教师更多参与课程编制的权利,同时为教师适当减负。
At present there are some prominent problems in the plan and design, organization and implementation, reflection and evaluation processes of kindergarten teachers' curriculum adjustment. The causes include the lack of professional knowledge and educational experiences, low curriculum development ability and job burnout. To improve the current situation, we should promote teachers' curriculum adjustment ability, alleviate their burden and give them more rights and opportunities to develop curriculum.
